All companies with a Customer Space must name an account manager who will be responsible for their Customer Space by September 28, 2019. Failure to do so will render their Customer Space inaccessible and online services (billing and payment history, alerts, billing notices, etc.) non-operational.

To facilitate communication with Hydro-Québec, you must appoint an account manager. Unlike proxy holders, whose actions are more limited, account managers have full access to our services for all your business needs, including verbally designating a proxy holder. Account managers can also add or change the confidential information in your company’s file.

It will be easy for the account manager to deal directly with Hydro-Québec or to access your company’s Customer Space.

  • Account and contract numbers
  • Service and billing addresses
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone numbers
  • Québec enterprise number (NEQ)
  • Current status of the file and related financial details
  • Contract power

What does this authorization include?

An individual with this authorization can act on behalf of your company to facilitate communication with Hydro-Québec.
