Your company is moving

Have one of your recent bills on hand, along with your lease (if applicable).

Note that only an account holder or proxy holder can submit notification of a move to Hydro-Québec.     Request a proxy

Read your meters
You need to take the final reading at the address you are leaving and the initial reading at your new address.

Taking your readings on moving day is important. Your final bill from your old address and initial one at your new address will more accurately reflect your consumption, as they won't be based on an estimate.
