Track a request for work

Have you submitted a request for work to Hydro-Québec? You can track its status.

To find out the status of a request, you must have your confirmation number on hand. This number was given in your e-mail acknowledgment of receipt. If you don’t have the confirmation number, or if you wish to view all your requests, go to your Customer Space.
