Request a Proxy Form

• Under the Act Respecting Access to Documents Held by Public Bodies and the Protection of Personal Information,
  • personal or confidential information in a customer's file can only be obtained by the Hydro-Québec account holder or
  • an authorized person already on file, if the account holder is a legal entity.
  However, the account holder can authorize a third party to access this information or designate a proxy to deal with Hydro-Québec on his or her behalf.
