Small-power customers (less than 100 kW)   The comparison of bills for small-power customers was based on a monthly consumption of 10,000 kWh and a power demand of 40 kW. The following chart illustrates this comparative index of electricity prices.   Hydro-Québec has lost ground in this customer category. Indeed, Montréal now ranks fifth, versus fourth in 2005.
