| 1. Meet eligibility criteria |
- Have a place of business in Québec in operation for at least two years
- Have a sales force that specializes in motors for the commercial, institutional and industrial markets
- Sell directly to customers that use NEMA PremiumTM motors targeted by the program
- Be willing to sign a partnership agreement and abide by its conditions.
- Undertake to respect all warranties provided for products accepted in the program

The specific requirements for each type of certification are set out in the Eligibility Criteria for Becoming a Participating Distributor or Manufacturers' Agent.

| 2. Fill out and submit an application form for the program |
To accelerate processing, make sure you provide all the information required.

| 3. Sign the appendix to the Declaration of Interest |
|
Once the application has been accepted, the distributor or manufacturers' agent will receive:
- A copy of the Partners' Guide
- Two copies of Appendix 1 to the Declaration of Interest
Both copies of the partnership agreement must be duly signed and returned by mail.

Once accepted in the program, the participating distributor or manufacturers' agent will be listed in the List of Participating Distributors and Manufacturers' Agents and will receive
- a signed copy of the appendix to the Declaration of Interest;
- promotional materials;
- access (user ID and password) to the secure portion of the site reserved for partners.
