| 1. Meet eligibility criteria |
- Have a place of business in Québec for at least two years.
- Have a sales force that specializes in refrigerators and freezers for the commercial, institutional and industrial markets.
- Sell and distribute products targeted by the program.
- Be willing to sign a partnership agreement and abide by its conditions.
All criteria and conditions are set out in the Application for Participating Distributors.

| 2. Fill out and submit an application form |

To accelerate processing, make sure you provide all the information required.
- Fill out the form Application for Participating Distributors
[DOC – in French].
- Provide a list of points of sale along with contact persons if the head office is submitting the application.
- Submit a separate application for each point of sale that wishes to be recognized as a partner.
- Provide any other relevant documents (letter of certification, sample advertising copy, etc.).

| 3. Sign the partnership agreement |
|
Once the application has been accepted, the distributor will receive:
- two copies of the partnership agreement.
Both copies of the partnership agreement must be duly signed and returned by mail.
Participating distributors will be included in the List of Participating Distributors and will receive:
- a signed copy of the partnership agreement;
- access (user ID and password) to the secure portion of the site reserved for partners.
