Economist, journalist and former editor-in-chief of FORCES magazine, writer André Bolduc is an expert on the history of electricity in Québec. In addition to numerous articles and reports on the subject, he is the author or co-author of the following books.

BOLDUC, André, Clarence HOGUE and Daniel LAROUCHE. Québec, un siècle d'électricité. Montréal: Libre Expression, 1979.

This work was republished twice, in 1984 and 1989, under the title L'héritage d'un siècle d'électricité. An English version, entitled Hydro-Québec - After 100 Years of Electricity, appeared in 1989.

André Bolduc also contributed to Electricity, The Magic Medium - L'électricité, cette prodigieuse énergie, published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 1985.
