24-hour service

While Hydro-Québec updates online outage reports as quickly as possible, not all outages may be listed on the map. The areas shown are approximate.

The report provides the number of customers without power in each region of the province. It is updated on an hourly basis, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This report includes power failures and scheduled outages currently under way. Unlike a power failure, which is unplanned, a scheduled outage is an intentional interruption of service for a set period of time for system maintenance purposes.
