2005 Centraide Campaign: Hydro-Québec's Generosity Keeps Growing!
This Centraide fund-raising campaign conducted among Hydro-Québec employees on the island of Montreal last fall, proved very successful: the funds raised at that time totalled 9% more than in the previous year. The generosity of these employees, retirees and volunteers is increasing from year to year!

Technological innovation: Hydro-Québec and Niobec Mine implement the induction screw
For the first time in Québec, an induction screw conveyor has been implemented at Niobec Mine (Cambior Inc.). This innovative technology for drying granular matter, marketed by Bectrol Technologies Inc. and Fédico Inc., is the result of an R&D partnership between Hydro-Québec and Niobec Mine.
