You are a Hydro‑Québec customer and you want to transfer electricity service to a new address.
Log into your Customer Space to report your change of address.
You’ll need the full address of the location you’ll be moving to, including the postal code.
If you don’t already have a Customer Space, now’s the time to create it!
If you make your address change request online using Hydro‑Québec’s self-service tool, there is no charge. However, if you make a new service request through a Hydro‑Québec customer service representative, you will be charged $25 (plus taxes) on your first bill.
Even if you know your new address months in advance, you can wait to submit it. But don’t forget! Ask us to send you an email reminder about a week before you move.
You’ve already notified us of your moving-out or moving-in date but your plans have changed? You can change the date from your Customer Space.
