Log into your Customer Space to report your change of address.
You’ll need the full address of the location you’ll be moving to, including the postal code.
If you don’t already have a Customer Space, now’s the time to create it!
Please note that there’s a $20 service charge (plus taxes) for a change of address. It will be on your next bill. We recommend submitting your change of address at least seven days before your planned moving date.
Even if you know your new address months in advance, you can wait to submit it. But don’t forget! Ask for an e-mail reminder to be sent about a week before you move.
You’ve already notified us of your moving date but your plans have changed? You can change the date from your Customer Space.
