Log into your Customer Space to update or cancel your service contract.
If you don’t already have a Customer Space, now’s the time to create it!

You know you’re going to have to remove an address or cancel a contract, but it’s too soon to notify us? Don’t forget! Ask for an e-mail reminder to be sent about a week before the effective date.
If you wish to remove an address and cancel a contract for someone else, you need a proxy allowing you to manage his or her account. The proxy has to be in the customer’s file.
If you have a valid proxy on file, you need to request an activation code. The code lets you create a Customer Space from which you can manage the other person’s account.
If you already have an activation code and you want to cancel someone else’s contract, you can do it now from your Customer Space.
