For residential customer and for business customer

If you prefer, you can also notify us of your new address:
  • in writing by filling out the appropriate form available at any Caisse Desjardins; or
  • by phone at the Customer Services number on your bill.
Let us know as soon as possible!

Notify us as soon as you have your new address. You must respect the following notice periods in advance of your moving date:
  • at least 7 days if you are a residential customer
  • at least 30 days if you are a business customer
Avoid the headache of forgetting or being late! There are so many other details to take care of right before and after you move, and on moving day. Make sure this isn't one of them.
