Teaming Up with Suppliers
Environmental Compliance Monitoring |
 |
 |
We monitor environmental compliance on most of our jobsites to ensure that suppliers meet our requirements.
Non-compliance with environmental requirements may involve various consequences, from a violation notice accompanied by a remedial action plan to financial penalties.
Once the work is completed, we reserve the right to do an overall evaluation of the way suppliers fulfilled their obligations, including environmental compliance. In general, contractors meet our requirements.
