The Code of Conduct governs the decisions and actions of the Staff so that the reliability of the transmission system under the Reliability Coordinator's jurisdiction remains the top priority under all circumstances. The Code also prohibits any form of preferential treatment by the Staff in favor of other units of the Transmission Provider, its affiliates, or other system users.
