Reliability Coordinator Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct governs the decisions and actions of DCER Staff so that the reliability of the transmission system under the reliability coordinator’s jurisdiction remains the top priority under all circumstances.

The Code also prohibits any form of preferential treatment by DCER staff in favor of other branches of the Transmission Provider, its affiliates, or other system users.
