To facilitate communications, provide the company's contact information and the name of the person authorized to submit the request.

Only the following individuals may submit a request to make additions or modifications under the Demand Response (DR) Option:

  • Account manager
  • Contract holder or joint contract holder
  • Duly authorized representative

Indicate the terms and conditions to apply to the group's service addresses.

1. Maximum number of hours per winter period

Select the number of weekday peak demand event hours during which you can reduce your power demand based on your consumption history.

Important: You must be able to reduce your power demand during all the hours you select.
