Account holder
Person or corporation responsible for paying d’Hydro-Québec account.
Proxy holder
Third party authorized to obtain personal information from an account holder’s file or deal with Hydro-Québec on the account holder’s behalf to the extent defined by the proxy.
A proxy holder may be authorized to do the following:
