The 2025‑2026 sign-up period for the Demand Response (DR) Option is under way!
If your company is already enrolled in the DR Option, you can use the following form to make any necessary changes.

NOTE: Only the following individuals may make modifications related to the Demand Response Option: an account manager, a contract holder or joint contract holder, or a duly authorized representative.
You must be authorized to manage the account and change the rate.
You are not authorized to request to sign up for the Demand Response (DR) Option or update DR account information. Here are your options:
If no one has been designated as account manager or as contract holder or joint contract holder, your company must first designate someone.
To update the list of email addresses to which peak demand event notifications are sent, fill out the Email list for event notifications form.
Help finding your Customer number
You'll find it on your bill.It’s a nine-digit number starting with a 1. Example: 100 000 001
Help finding your Contract number
You’ll find your contract number at the top of your bill. This number is a series of nine digits, starting with 3.
Help finding your Meter number
It’s on your meter.
Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your request to be processed. The DR Option will be withdrawn the day after you receive the confirmation that your request was processed. If your company withdraws from the option during the winter period, which ends on March 31, you will not receive a credit.
