If you or the business you represent is no longer a Hydro-Québec customer but you received at least one electricity bill in your name in 2018 or 2019, or if you are still a customer but there has been a change in contract holders (addition or removal) during this period, you could be eligible for a credit under An Act to simplify the process for establishing electricity distribution rates.

If you have kept one of these electricity bills, this will help you complete the form.

  2. Fields marked by an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Eligibility verification

Did you receive at least one electricity bill in your name in 2018 or 2019?

Are you still a Hydro‑Québec customer?
In 2018 or 2019, excluding the contract for which you are making this credit request, were there other changes (additions or removals to contract holders) for other contracts for which you were responsible?
In 2018 or 2019, did you receive at least one electricity bill for a contract for which you were responsible jointly with other people?
When you were a Hydro-Québec customer, did you have a Customer Space?

Regarding the contract for which you are requesting a credit, please indicate which situation applied to you in 2018 or 2019.

The credit is based on your consumption in 2018 and 2019 and will be applied to your bill by the end of April 2020.
