Credit request

If you are no longer a Hydro-Québec customer but received at least one electricity bill in your name in 2018 or 2019, or were jointly responsible for the electricity bill with others but this is no longer the case, you could be eligible for a credit under the Act to simplify the process for establishing electricity distribution rates.

Please send us the following information so we can consider your request and send you an account statement and a cheque, if you qualify, in late January 2020 at the earliest. If you have kept one of these electricity bills, this will help you complete the form.
