Distribution lines

Overhead distribution lines consist of wires supported by utility poles about 10 meters (30 feet) high. These poles are most often made of wood but are sometimes concrete.

Transmission lines

Transmission lines are operated at voltages between 44 kV to 735 kV. The towers may be made of metal lattice, concrete or wood, and they come in various shapes and heights (from 14 m to over 100 m).

Hydroelectric facilities

A hydroelectric facility is a facility that generates electricity by using moving water to spin turbines. They are hydroelectric generating stations, spillways or weirs.
Hydroelectric facilities are built on rivers. There are often servitudes linked to properties along the river both upstream and downstream of these facilities.
