Eligible applicants

Any individual, company, government agency or non-governmental organization that has a place of business in Québec may respond to a request for proposals.

A consortium of partners can submit a proposal as long as one of them is designated principal contractor. That partner will be Hydro-Québec's contact for subsequent dealings related to the proposal.

Eligible projects

Any innovative project that is based on a proven technology and offers potential energy savings for residential, commercial, institutional or small/mid-size industrial customers is eligible.
