The catered component provides service offerings which are adapted to the project in order to meet the participant's needs. The goal of this component is to improve the building's overall performance in terms of electricity consumption.

How to Submit a Project
- 1.Send a signed letter of intent.

Financial assistance
Financial assistance is adapted to your project's specific conditions.
Eligibility
The program covers energy efficiency projects carried out in all new or existing commercial buildings in Québec. Buildings must meet one of these conditions:
- New building
- Existing building
- Multiple-unit residential building (MURB) of four or more storeys
- Building belonging to one of the main chains or a major commercial real estate development
- Private institutional building (private school, long-term care centre, etc.)
The program has two components. Check the table below to determine which one applies to your projects.

E-mail the letter to ÉnerCible before starting work. You will receive a project number and password by e-mail so you can go on to the next step. See the rules for starting work in the Participant's Guide.
