Buildings Program
The Buildings Program offers financial assistance to implement energy efficiency measures while carrying out projects in commercial or institutional buildings.
The Program has three components. Choose the one that suits you best:

This component offers assistance tailored to your project in order to meet your needs. Its goal is to improve your building’s overall energy efficiency.

˲Prescriptive component
This component provides simple solutions tailored to buildings under 5,000 m² to assist in implementing predefined measures. A simple tool is used to calculate the financial assistance.

˲LED Public Lighting component
This component enables municipalities to become more energy conscious by opting for LED public lighting. The LED technology for urban lighting makes your infrastructure energy-efficient. Follow the current and take advantage of our financial support.

Le Roc Fleuri
The project to modernize the building’s common areas consisted in optimizing energy consumption and improving the comfort of its occupants.
Commission Scolaire des Affluents
The project will take the school’s area from 4,955 m2 to just over 6,600 m2, a 33% increase.
