Effective April 1, 2006, Hydro-Québec has rescinded dual-energy Rate BT for business customers, in accordance with the Régie de l'énergie decision of August 16, 2004.

Effective April 1, 2006, Hydro-Québec has rescinded dual-energy Rate BT for business customers, in accordance with the Régie de l'énergie decision of August 16, 2004.
Since April 1, therefore, customers who have not chosen another rate have been billed at Rate G rather than Rate BT.
