Procedure for Obtaining a Purchase Rebate
Purchase plate heat exchangers
Plate heat exchangers must be purchased from a participating distributor.
Fill in and return rebate form
Have the following on hand
- Electricity bill indicating the contract number for each location where plate heat exchangers have been installed
- Plate heat exchanger invoice(s)
- Your Québec enterprise number (NEQ)
- Your Québec sales tax (QST) number
Print out and complete the form
- Download the Efficient Products Purchase Rebate Guide and Form [PDF]
Send in the following
- Form duly completed and signed by you
- Copies of invoices for plate heat exchangers for which a rebate is being requested.

- Technical information form duly completed and signed by the distributor or installer.
Send the rebate request, technical information form and proofs of purchase to Hydro-Québec

Receive your rebate
You will receive your rebate within 30 days of receipt of your request by Hydro-Québec, provided that the form is duly completed and accompanied by the required documents.
