Procedure for Obtaining a Purchase Rebate
Purchase products
Lighting products must be purchased from a participating distributor or a master electrician. If you have purchased them from a master electrician, you must provide proof that the master electrician purchased it from a participating distributor.
Fill in and return rebate form
Have the following on hand
- Electricity bill indicating the contract number for each location where a replacement product has been installed
- Replacement product invoice(s)
- Your Québec enterprise number (NEQ)
- Your Québec sales tax (QST) number
Complete the form

Send in the following
- Duly completed and signed form
- Copies of invoices for lighting products for which a rebate is being requested

Receive your rebate
You will receive your rebate within 30 days of receipt of your request by Hydro-Québec, provided that the form is duly completed and accompanied by the required documents.
