T-5 Fluorescents
This proven new technology is the most energy-efficient of its type. The T-5 tube's small diameter means that fixtures can be very streamlined, for more attractive indirect lighting. Fixtures can be used with an occupancy sensor to provide minimum lighting and save energy.
Plus, a fixture with T-5 HO (high-output) lamps for high ceilings can result in energy savings of 20%, compared with a fixture with metal halide lamps. It especially improves lighting of vertical surfaces like shelving labels.
