• Have had an establishment in Québec for at least two years
• Have a sales force that specializes in fans and heat pads for farm facilities
• Sell and distribute products qualified under the Program
• Be willing to sign a partnership agreement and abide by
  its conditions
  
  All criteria and conditions are set out in the application to become a participating distributor.

To speed up processing, make sure you provide all the information required.

  Plate heat exchangers [DOC–In French]
• Provide a list of all Québec outlets along with contact persons for each if the head office is submitting the application.
• Submit a separate application for each outlet that wishes to be recognized as a partner.
• Provide any other relevant documents (letter of certification, sample advertising copy, etc.).

Once the application has been accepted, the distributor will receive

• a copy of the Partner’s Guide;
• two copies of the partnership agreement.

Both copies of the partnership agreement must be duly signed and returned by mail.

Participating distributors will be included in the List of Participating Distributors – Fans, the List of Participating Distributors – Heat Pads or the List of Participating Distributors – Plate heat exchangers and receive

• a signed copy of the partnership agreement;
• promotional pamphlets;
• access (user ID and password) to the secure portion of the site reserved for partners.
