Hydro-Québec counts on numerous partners for support:

Distributors. To obtain a rebate, customers must purchase eligible farm equipment from a participating distributor.
Fans – Participating distributors
Heat pads – Participating distributors
Plate heat exchangers – Participating distributors
Manufacturers and manufacturers' agents must ensure that the products submitted meet program eligibility and certification criteria.

Master electricians do not have to enroll in the program to participate. To obtain a rebate, customers who have purchased farm equipment from a master electrician must submit the electrician's bill and a copy of the waybill from the distributor attesting that the electrician procured the products from a participating distributor.

Other participants include members of professional associations such as engineers, architects and technologists.
