Financial Assistance

Hydro-Québec will grant financial assistance equivalent to the lesser of the following amounts:

50% of the costs of the energy analysis $25,000

You may receive financial assistance for several energy analyses, up to a maximum of $50,000 per industrial site.

Grants are paid in two installments:

50% once the agreement is signed  50% once the energy analysis has been completed and the implementation plan submitted

The analysis must be completed within 12 months of the date on which the agreement with Hydro-Québec is signed.

Hydro-Québec grants financial assistance on a case-by-case basis using the following guidelines:

Up to 50% of the eligible costs of the demonstration project  Up to $300,000 per project

You must assume at least 25% of the eligible project costs, and the project must be completed within 24 months.

You may receive financial assistance for several projects, up to a maximum of $300,000, on the basis of the following criteria:

	One or more service contracts for the same site – 300,000 per site
	Several sites under the same service contract – $300,000 per contract

Grants are paid in three installments:

25% at the start of the project  50% following equipment start-up  Balance on completion of the project

Dissemination of results
You must sign an agreement with Hydro-Québec in advance regarding the disclosure of any information associated with the demonstrated technology, in order to promote its adoption by the industry.
