Critical Peak e-Notices

If you are a Rate TOU+ customer, you will be subject to a critical peak rate for a total of about 100 peak hours in winter, or 25 four-hour blocks of time. Hydro-Québec will notify you a day in advance by phone so that you can organize your activities accordingly.
