What to do:
If a pole-mounted fuse is open
- Please report the outage by calling 1 800 790-2424 and describe the situation.
- You must be present when the Hydro-Québec crew arrives to give them access, if necessary, to your electrical installation.
If nothing is out of the ordinary outside
- If you are a tenant, advise the owner or caretaker.
- If you are the owner, please report the problem by calling 1 800 790-2424 and describe the situation.
In all cases:
- Turn off any electrical appliances that were on, to prevent them from coming back on when the power is restored.
