Action Plan for People with Disabilities 2012
The action plan for people with disabilities fulfils a requirement of the Act to secure handicapped persons in the exercise of their rights with a view to achieving social, school and workplace integration (R.S.Q., c. E-20.1).
Our seventh action plan notes the work done in 2011 to ensure that people with disabilities can continue to exercise their rights at Hydro-Québec and describes the measures slated for 2012. It also mentions the many measures taken by the Company in recent years to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

Hydro-Québec invites people with disabilities to get in touch with the company's officers in charge of access to information regarding the accommodations that can be made to provide documents further to a request under the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (Access Act).
The access request must be presented to one of the officers responsible for the Access Act. Their contact information appears in the Act respecting access section.
