In force as of February 15, 2003
The conditions for electrical service stipulated in Bylaw 634 respecting the conditions governing the supply of electricity apply to all Hydro-Québec customers. The bylaw sets out the conditions that govern the electrical service contract, the terms of billing and payment, the modes of supply and connection to the power system, and the rights and responsibilities of the customer and the distributor.
In order to properly inform its customers about the conditions for electrical service, Hydro-Québec has prepared three documents which present these conditions according to the user's particular needs. Users may therefore consult one or more of the following documents, as applicable:
