What’s the catch?

There are only a few conditions. You have to be a Québec resident* and own the appliance, which has to satisfy these criteria:

Over 10 years old
Working, plugged in and producing cold air at the time of pickup
Accessible and easily moved to the collection truck
10 to 25 cu. ft. in volume
