This is because under the Act respecting access,* only the account holder or coholder or a third party** duly authorized by proxy or written consent may have access to customer information.

In this way, Hydro-Québec protects the privacy of all its customers while at the same time fulfilling its legal obligations.

How can you grant access to someone?

• Fill the online Form or
• Call Services à la clientèle [customer services] at the number in the lower lefthand corner of your bill and ask to have a printed form sent to you.
