Pool Timers
Add a timer to your pool filter…
Your swimming pool water doesn't need to be filtered nonstop to stay clean. Just add a timer to your pool filter and program it as shown in the charts below for your type of pool, and you'll save.
| May | June | July | August | Sept.-Oct. |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12** | 10 | 10 | 10 h | 12** |
| May | June | July | August | Sept.-Oct. |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12** | 8 | 8 | 8 | 12** |
* Actual savings depend on load factor, motor efficiency and amount of time your pool pump is off.
** The colder the water, the less it needs to be filtered.
A timer will put your mind at rest, because you won't have to worry about turning the filter on and off manually. But there are other advantages, too.
Plus, you'll recoup your investment in less than a year.
