Cute little pup or
fierce watchdog?

Large or small, excitable or calm, dogs must not keep meter readers from doing their job, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays.

To avoid a regrettable incident

• Inform Hydro-Québec when you get a new dog.
• Post a warning.
• Put the doghouse and tie up your dog well away from the meter.
• If your meter is indoors, keep your dog in another room.

You'll make our meter readers' job easier, and they'll really appreciate it.
