Our approach

Relations with Stakeholders

A credible sustainable development approach must include ongoing relations with primary stakeholders.

Over the years, Hydro-Québec has developed a variety of effective collaborative means for gaining insight into its stakeholders' needs and concerns. The company's objective is to reconcile sometimes conflicting expectations, while remaining consistent in its activities and projects.

The following table presents some examples of these means. It may also be consulted in our Sustainability Report 2010.
