The toll-free hotline, 1 800 ENERGIE (363-7443), is also available to customers for any questions, including those about energy efficiency. Information and practical advice are provided for consumers who want to reduce their energy use.

A public support line is also available for questions related to consumption, billing, moving, changes to service entrances and tree pruning.

Another line is available around the clock every day for reporting power outages or emergencies.

The Hydro-Québec Web site recorded more than 7.9 million hits in 2007, an increase of over 15% compared to 2006.
The Web pages with the highest traffic are the ones for residential customers and jobs.
Since 2006, we have conducted a major advertising campaign to enhance public awareness of the benefits of energy conservation and how important it is for everyone to contribute. The campaign also provides information on Hydro-Québec's other sustainable energy choices. Our main priority is hydroelectricity, followed by wind power.
