The deadline for scheduling transactions is the day preceding the transaction at 1 p.m. local time (EST or EDST depending on the period of the year). From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., only requests for reductions will be accepted following a telephone call by the Customer. Hydro-Québec TransÉnergie may also curtail schedules if system constraints so require or if a schedule conflicts with those in the other control area involved. In the latter case, the schedule for the lower capacity will be kept. We will inform you as soon as possible should any such modification be required.
