If the claim includes the mention of “Responsibility for this claim is shared by” and the name of your employer features on the claim, contact your employer to find out what you need to do.
If the claim does not include the mention of “Responsibility for this claim is shared by,” contact the Hydro-Québec representative whose name is mentioned in the claim.
If you have civil liability insurance, send your insurance information to the Hydro-Québec representative whose name is mentioned in the claim.
If you do not have civil liability insurance, contact the Hydro-Québec representative whose name is mentioned in the claim to discuss payment terms.
You must send any claim-related documents to your insurer. Hydro Québec will then follow up on the claim with your insurer.
This means that all parties whose names are on the claim are jointly responsible for the damage mentioned in the claim. All named parties receive a copy of the invoice resulting from the claim.
