Generator Operators (GOP) must ensure voltages and reactive power of their facilities are monitored, controlled and maintained in real-time to preserve equipment integrity and reliable operation of the transmission system.
The Reliability Coordinator (RC), Balancing Authority (BA) and Transmission Operator (TOP) maintain a documented specification for the data necessary to fulfill their operational and planning responsibilities.
