Adjustments calculated in accordance with An Act mainly to cap the indexation rate for Hydro‑Québec domestic distribution rate prices and to further regulate the obligation to distribute electricity.

The Conditions of Service apply to all Hydro‑Québec customers. They cover electricity service contracts, billing and payment, supply modes and connection to the system, as well as the rights and obligations of customers and Hydro‑Québec.
The summary of the Conditions of Service is intended for all Hydro‑Québec customers. It includes a section on voltage fluctuations and complaint handling.

Complaint examination procedures
The document outlining the Complaint examination procedures for Hydro‑Québec customers is intended for all Hydro‑Québec customers. It includes the regular complaint examination procedure, the accelerated examination procedure in the event of a service interruption or notice of service interruption, and the accelerated examination procedure concerning Hydro‑Québec’s determination of a risk level for large‑power service contracts.
