What will you need?
Contract holder: Your most recent bill.
Proxy holder or account manager: A recent bill of the account you manage.

You know you’re going to have to remove an address or cancel a contract, but it’s too soon to notify us? Don’t forget! Ask for an email reminder to be sent about a week before the effective date.
If you wish to cancel a contract for someone else, you need a proxy granting you this power. The proxy must be in the customer’s file.
Authorize someone else to obtain personal information or to deal with Hydro-Québec on your behalf.
If you are an account holder’s duly authorized proxy holder, and if this is reflected in the account holder’s file, and you want to cancel the contract, you can do it now by logging in to the account in question from your Customer Space.
