Log into your Customer Space to add an address to your account.
You’ll need the full address of the location you want to add, including the postal code.
If you don’t already have a Customer Space, now’s the time to create it!
What will you need?
Contract holder: Your most recent bill.
Proxy holder or account manager: A recent bill of the account you manage.
There is no charge if you make your request online using Hydro‑Québec’s self-service tool. However, if you make your request through a Hydro‑Québec customer service representative, you will be charged a $25 fee (plus taxes). It will be on your first bill.
You’ve already notified us of your moving date but your plans have changed? You can change the date from your Customer Space.
