Changes to the Efficient Solutions and LogisVert Efficient Homes programs

To help you plan ahead, here are the main updates to the Efficient Solutions and LogisVert Efficient Homes programs that will be coming into effect over the coming months.

Efficient Solutions Program

Main changes coming in spring 2026:

• Increased financial support and new measures for building envelopes
• Bonus financial support for multi-measure projects (e.g., projects that combine heat recovery, heat pump installation and building envelope upgrades)
• Financial support for photovoltaic panels

Other changes coming soon

• Split system aerothermal (air‑source) heat pumps
  • Only ENERGY STAR® certified models will be eligible
• LED light fixtures
  • Reduced financial support for products with DLC Premium rating
  • Financial support eliminated for products with standard DLC rating
