Track moves in and out of your units
The management tool for rental unit owners and managers keeps you informed when tenants move in and out.
Identify who’s responsible for the electricity bill
You can find out who’s responsible for the electricity bill—the owner or the tenant—or update this information anytime, with just a few clicks.
New!
Choose in advance whether or not you want to be responsible for the electricity bill when a unit becomes vacant. When you use the self-service tool, you’ll avoid paying certain charges that currently apply when you make this change over the phone.
As per the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information, we cannot divulge tenants’ personal information. As such, the term “Tenant” will be displayed if the tenant is responsible.
Get email alerts
With the Manage Rental Units tool, you can sign up for useful email alerts. For example, we can notify you of a service interruption in one of your units, when a tenant has reported a change of address or when you have to assume responsibility for the electricity bill.
