Efficient Solutions and LogisVert Efficient Homes Programs – Program changes and version 6.0 of the OSE tool

Changes to the Efficient Solutions and LogisVert Programs take effect on March 31, 2026. Here are the key points:

Efficient Solutions and OSE 6.0

  • Increased financial support for multi‑measure projects targeting heat recovery, the installation of a geothermal heat pump, and improvements to the building envelope. By combining certain measures from these three groups within the same building, it is possible to obtain:
    • + 10% by combining 2 measures.
    • + 15% by combining 3 measures.
  • Increased financial support and new measures for building envelopes. The support offered is up to 20 times higher than in OSE 5.1.
  • New financial support for photovoltaic panels.
  • For split‑system air‑source heat pumps, only those certified ENERGY STAR® are eligible.
  • Reduction in financial support for DLC Premium‑certified LED fixtures and removal of financial support for DLC Standard‑certified models.

In addition, the calculation of the incentive payment has been revised. The larger the scope of the project, the higher the percentage of the incentive compensation. No minimum annual financial support threshold is required for eligibility.

The new incentive compensation calculation is retroactive for projects submitted on or after January 1, 2026. For any project with a work start date* prior to March 31, 2026, please visit the OSE page to determine the applicable version.

LogisVert Efficient Homes Program

*The work start date must be the earlier of the following two dates: the date on which the first contract with a contractor was signed or the date on which the first equipment purchase was made.
