Important notice about incentive compensation in the Efficient Solutions Program

Good news for all partners and aggregators who did not receive incentive compensation in 2024 or who only received a portion of it after participating in the Efficient Solutions Program.

The 2025 incentive compensation will be calculated for the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, for all eligible projects that were unpaid or partially paid in 2024.

You don't have to do anything to benefit from this exceptional condition designed to mitigate the impacts caused by longer lead times. You'll automatically receive a confirmation email if you are entitled to incentive compensation:

• No later than July 31, 2025, for the mid-year payment
• No later than January 30, 2026, for the annual payment

In order to receive incentive compensation, all eligible projects on which you collaborated as an aggregator or partner during that period must total financial assistance paid by Hydro-Québec of at least:

• $50,000 for the Small Businesses Component (see the Participant's Guide – in French only)
• $200,000 for the Medium and Large Businesses Component (see the Participant's Guide – in French only).

Please note that in order to prioritize the processing of the projects received, Hydro-Québec doesn't provide follow-up regarding incentive compensation during the year.
